If you truly enjoy a winter with frequent and abundant snowfall, you would be hard-pressed to find a location that fulfilled your expectations over the course of the 2015-2016 snow season across the United States. Flakes certainly did fly, and on occasion in abundance. However, most everywhere seasonal totals were below average, and for the above-average mid-Atlantic, the vast majority of the snow fell in one memorable storm.
