Meteotsunamis reported around Britain and Ireland, and northern France, 18-19 June 2022

Synoptic analysis of the surface pressure and fronts on 19 June 2022, 0000 utc. Unusual tidal movements were reported in Cork Harbour on the south coast of Ireland, and Solva in Pembrokeshire, west Wales on 18 June 2022. Later, unusual surface pressure patterns were observed in parts of eastern England, and on tide gauges at Boulogne-sur-Mer on the French coast early on 19 June.</p>
