High resolution images from an 1890 Cloud Atlas

This short correspondence presents a set of 10 cloud images (Figures 1-10) from the Cloud Atlas of Hildebrandsson, Köppen and Neumayer (Hildebrandsson et al., 1890), which were made available to me during a visit to the Bundesamt für Seeschifffahrt und Hydrographie (BSH) in Hamburg (Germany) and are now also available online. 1 The classification (Table 1) is that proposed by Abercromby and Hildebrandsson.</p>
