Gadbury's published diary 'Nauticum Astrologicum...' covers 32 years of daily London weather from 1668-1700, in manuscript at the Bodleian library, Oxford. Transcription to spreadsheets has allowed the analysis of weather trends using about 41 weather terms. Eight-point wind roses begin on 11 May 1673, augmented with partial records for most of 1671-1673. Diagrammatic summaries for weather and temperature terms are plotted annually in half-month frequency bins. The 32-year record is roughly divided into phases with approximate breaks at 1680 and 1690.</p>
